I’d been trying to come up with an arthritis salve since forever. I have minor arthritis in my hands; enough to ache in cold weather. When I ran across some white willow bark in my journeys, I thought “hey, I can infuse that!”….white willow bark is “natural aspirin”. A few heating and cooling oils later, and I had an arthritis salve that keeps my hands comfortable. When I remember to use it, of course.

Makes arthritis pain less; stimulates the blood circulation a bit to make moving easier!
