Myler L1 Stainless Steel Dee without Hooks, MB 02 Comfort Snaffle Wide Barrel
$139.95The MB 02 is the Myler alternative to the traditional French link or lozenge mouthpiece commonly used in snaffle bits. The MB 02 rotates onto the tongue, applying tongue pressure, but because the mouthpiece is curved, it wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching. The barrel in the center applies approximately the same pressure on the tongue as a traditional three-piece mouthpiece, however, the barrel distributes the pressure more kindly and creates Independent Side Movementโข.

The MB 04 is similar to the MB 02 in that it will rotate on the tongue and apply tongue pressure, however, it has a small (ยผ”) port that introduces some tongue relief to the horse. The port allows the horse to swallow and move his tongue when he is moving forward and relaxed, which acts as a release or reward. The mouthpiece is curved, and it wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching.
