The Trainer’s Loft Return Policy
Items that are purchased locally may be returned with a full refund within the next business day. Items may be exchanged for the same item of a different size with no penalty within a week (7 days), or returned for store credit within a week of purchase. Items must have their original packaging and be in the same condition as they were in when purchased. Hoof boots, harnesses, saddles, and Myler bits have a one week (7 day) return policy for a full refund if returned in the same condition as they were in when purchased.
With the exception of saddles, all items purchased online are a final sale, due to the risk of loss or damage in the post.
Saddles are eligible for a trial under these conditions:
1. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the shipping for the return, and the return shipping must be fully insured
for the full cost of the saddle.
2. To be eligible for a refund, the saddle must be back in our hands no later than 10 (ten) days after it leaves our store.
Saddles received after the ten days may not be accepted, or may be subjected to a 25% late fee.
3. The tracking information must be emailed to thetrainerslofthhs@gmail.com at the time that the saddle is mailed.
4. The saddle must be returned in the same condition that it was when it was sent out.
5. All returned saddles are subject to a 5% restocking fee – there are no exceptions to this. Shipping is non-refundable.
