All consignment items are described to the best of our ability

There is NO guarantee for consignment items, they are purchased as-is.

Please make sure you ask any questions before making a purchase as there are no returns on shipped items except for saddle trials.

You may request additional pictures prior to finalizing your order.

Saddle trial returns:
Other than saddles, items purchased online are a final sale, due to the risk of loss or damage in the post.
Saddles are eligible for a trial under these conditions:
1. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the shipping for the return, and the return shipping must be fully insured
for the full cost of the saddle.
2. To be eligible for a refund, the saddle must be back in our hands no later than 10 (ten) days after it leaves our store.
Saddles received after the ten days may not be accepted, or may be subjected to a 25% late fee.
3. The tracking information must be emailed to thetrainerslofthhs@gmail.com at the time that the saddle is mailed.
4. The saddle must be returned in the same condition that it was when it was sent out.
5. All returned saddles are subject to a 5% restocking fee – there are no exceptions to this. Shipping is non-refundable.
