Over-sized Items: Flat rate costs are for boxes that UPS deems “normal & customary” in size and weight. UPS Oversize/Overweight charges may apply.

When calculating shipping time, please use the next business day to start the clock for all overs received AFTER 1PM Eastern Time.
Saddles have a flat shipping and handling fee of $80 for English saddles and $85 for Western saddles.
We refund shipping overage charges after the label is printed if the total amount of the label and the packing supplies is less than what the customer paid.
