The Lindell is custom made for Tellington TTouchยฎย Training and named after Linda Tellington-Jones. We use it to start young horses and with horses who are sensitive in the mouth, overbent and/or for riders who have a tendency to balance off their hands. The Lindell buckles under the jowl to keep the nosepiece and cheek straps from slipping.

With a foundation rooted in the ultra-effective, original Shoulder Relief Girthโข, this StretchTec Shoulder Relief Girthโข with leather liner brings the next level of intuition to functional girths. This leather girth is the most technologically advanced girth available. It provides the same shoulder freedom and elbow comfort as its predecessor, but it has a one-of-a-kind patented (United States Patent No. D843,666) triangular center elastic for additional performance.
The triangular center elastic allows the girth to expand with the 1.5cm chest expansion that horses experience while breathing. Its design also allows it to stretch in a more anatomically friendly way to contour better to a horseโs barrel and provide even contact through the sternum area.
The Balance Rein is like a “necklace” or a second rein at the base of the neck that rebalances a horse. The Ergรถm Lozenge Mouthpiece
Approved by both the USEF and USDF, the Cupreon Ergรถm Lozenge is a double-jointed style mouthpiece with a unique center link. The Ergรถm Lozenge is a grooved center link and is an ideal size and shape for effectiveness and comfort. The bars of the mouthpiece measure 16mm and areย curved, fitting properly and conforming to each individual horses mouth. The shape of the mouthpiece combined with its horizontal position eliminates the undesirable โ nutcracker actionโ reducing pinching, with no palate interference. Because it breaks to the outside of the tongue, it also softens excessive pressure to the center of the tongue and presents a more consistent feel across the mouth. โCupreonโ encourages salvia production and helps keep a mouth soft and fresh over time. Horses accept the mouthpiece well; they chew and relax, resulting in a horse that is content and better prepared to perform.

The browband measures 16.5″ but the rest of the bridle is big – Mr. Stuffy runs full size to oversize, and we had to take things up quite a bit to get the bridle to fit on him. Cheek pieces measure 13″. 12.5″ between the splits on the crownpiece.
