The Knife regular knife is our best selling trimmer. It features a 5″ handle and a 2-3/4″ blade that is made from a good quality steel that is manufactured from US or Japan steel plants. The easy to sharpen blade is heat treatedto a consistent hardness on the Rockwell “C” hardness scale. The Knife hoof trimmers are hand sharpened one at a time at Anvil Brand.
