The Pessoa Lunging System, invented by renowned show jumper Nelson Pessoa, is designed to encourage balance and facilitate a gradual build-up of the horse’s topline muscles. It features a set of ropes, clips, pulleys, and a breeching strap that passes behind the horse’s hindquarters, used in combination with a training surcingle while lunging.
